As a reader, I’m always looking to get lost in a story, to open a book, turn one page and then another, and find myself unable to put it down. So Say the Waiters achieves this in spades. Sirois has created a dazzlingly raucous and fast-paced world, filled with characters that are relatable yet still capable of remarkable surprise. You have to read this.
