the "53 percent" can't really see the big picture, huh?

This is way sad. Not just neo-con stupid-sad, but makes my gut hurt sad. So working three jobs and owning a house you can't sell and forgetting about retirement and basically becoming a peasant-debt-serf is what "real" Americans are satisfied with. WHY is it so hard for people to quantify QUALITY OF LIFE in this country? I feel like mailing this guy $50 so he can take a day off and read a real news paper.
