Goucher guest lecture went really well – the students were smart and receptive, started the new novel (The Last Book of Baghdad), Transmodern fundraiser at the H&H building, young Dan Deacon fans love Dan Deacon, bought a frame, walked around a lot, Two Boots with Lauren, deep fried mac and cheese, Biutiful is the most depressing movie I’ve seen in a while, Derek is a cage fighter now, of course, assessing the house for wind damage, Applebee’s with Adam Robinson and Joe Young – academy awards pregame, I made oatmeal raisin cookies with vanilla ice cream, woke up late.
